Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am trying to raise funds for my mother and father in law to go towards surgery for their rescue dog Bruce. Bruce was happily playing in the front yard and now requires ACL surgery from running around crazy! My parent in law are in their 70’s, with my father in law having health struggles they kindly rescued Bruce 2 years ago as a companion. In the early period he was very reactive to pain (ear infections) resulting in my mother is law getting bitten whilst providing him medication, she required hospitalisation and surgery for a blood infection. However the 3 of them all persisted and now he is the most wonderful, happy little dog and a companion to both of them. We are asking for small donations to assist with the cost of surgery, unfortunately he was too old for pet insurance coverage when they rescued Bruce. 100% of what is raised will go towards Bruce’s $3500 bill.
