Recently, a friend and loved one lost their health battle and has left behind a houseful of cats that need to be spayed, neutered, fostered, and hopefully adopted. There are approximately a dozen cats needing rescue and care.
We are working with two local cat rescue groups as well as animal control to help us capture, treat, foster, and rehome these precious furballs - many of whom have lived indoors most of their lives.
According to the rescue groups, it costs approximately $200 per kitten and $120 per adult cat for all their shots and medical treatments, plus food, cat litter, and additional costs.
Anything you can do to help us offset these costs would be greatly appreciated.
We also are in desperate need of foster and adoptive homes. If you are interested in helping, please let us know.
Funds will be spent on vet bills, cat care (food and litter), and anything left over will be donated to the rescue groups helping us.
