Help Rescue a Puppy from Neglectful Owner

Hi, so my friend knows a woman who keeps her puppy outside all day with no attention and has given her no training. She adopted her irresponsibly and practically holding the puppy for ransom claiming the puppy has “hurt” aka scratched her child. She refuses to give the puppy attention or pay for training. The dog is outside all day in the Texas heat. We have found 3 great families willing to adopt but they don’t have the funds to pay the $750 to this lady. Putting this up to get this dog out of this ladies hands and into a forever family home before this psycho kills this poor puppy. I’m going to cover whatever is not raised but anything helps. $750 for the dog and throwing an extra $250 for the family that takes her in. Shots, vet visits, toys, food. Thank you! ❤️
