Help Rescue 6 Forgotten Souls:

Give Them the Life They Deserve

This is a desperate plea for Roger, Cara, Bruce, Daisy, Murphy, and Ginnie—six broken souls left behind in Malta, now clinging to their last chance at life.

These aren’t just dogs. They are survivors of trauma, fear, abandonment, and neglect. Their stories are painful, and their futures are at a standstill —unless we act now.

Roger & Cara

These two were never truly loved. They belonged to a man struggling with alcoholism, who used them only for breeding. They lived in filth, never saw the outside world, and were never socialized. When he died in November 2024, they were placed into private kennels—confused, shut down. They need a home together, and with their high needs, the right place simply doesn’t exist—except for our sanctuary, where they can finally begin to heal.

Bruce & Daisy

The world has not been kind to these two. They are afraid of everything—people, noise, enclosed spaces. Inside a house, they panic. Outside, they begin to breathe again. Bruce also suffers from leishmania, a lifelong condition requiring care and medication and tests. Their love for each other is the only light in their world. They can’t survive apart.

Murphy

At just 10 weeks old, he was placed in a kennel. His siblings they thrived. But Murphy didn’t. Something broke inside him. He’s scared, silent, and reserved—he needs time, love, and expert training before he can even begin to heal. We have the space and the skills to help him… if we can just get him to our rescues

Ginnie

Oh, sweet Ginnie. Her body is failing her. Leishmania, kidney stones, and other serious medical conditions mean she requires constant, specialized care. And yet, she wags her tail. She fights to live. But Malta doesn’t have the resources or expertise. We do.

The Plan

We’re ready to welcome all six dogs into our sanctuary in Ireland—a place where misunderstood dogs finally exhale. It isn’t a home, but it’s a lifeline. A place where medical care, space, compassion, and time are never in short supply. But getting them here is costly.

We need €14,000 to cover:

• Transport from Malta to Ireland

• Medical care (including for leishmania and kidney issues)

• Specialized training and behavioral support

• Safe, spacious living conditions for as long as they need

We have no other option. There is no backup. No second chance. Either we raise the fund or we don’t know what’s gonna happen

These dogs have already been failed by humanity. Let’s not let it happen again.
