On October 24, 2022, Rebecca, Derrick and their families’ lives were forever changed when they got a call that Rebecca’s eldest son, Tyler, was severely injured at work and they needed to get on the next flight to Miami. Tyler was taken to Jackson South and has been in the ICU for 7 days now without any real answers. He suffered multiple fractures to his face, spine and ribs, but worst of all he has 3 hemorrhages in his brain. The doctors are unclear as to what damage they are facing in the future.

The world they once knew will never be the same. Rebecca is a full time hardworking teacher in Georgia and Derrick is a hardworking tradesmen with Apalachee RV. In an effort to allow them to take time from work to stay by Tyler’s side during these unknown times we have created this page to help with the cost of everyday living.
