On our way across the country to begin tour in Washington DC our van suffered a catastrophic engine failure. Around midnight somewhere outside of Minneapolis a spark plug shot through the cylinder head totaling the van. This left us stranded with no way to continue playing shows, transport our gear, or return home.

In order to continue the tour that had yet to begin, we were forced to take only what we could fit in a rented mini van and abandon the rest. Exhausted yet determined, our only option to make it to the first show was to drive 16 hours overnight.

After towing fees, mechanic expenses, and the mini van rental we are deeply in debt. In addition to these financial hardships we no longer have a tour van, which is essential to our ability to make money and survive.
