Hi everyone,

My name is Miguel Ramirez, and I’ve been Training Martial Arts for 13 years. I’m incredibly excited and honored to share that I’ve been given the opportunity to compete in an 45th international shidokan tournament in Japan — the Land of the rising Sun

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance not only to represent my dojo and country but also to test my skills on a global stage alongside some of the best martial artists in the world. It’s been a long road filled with training, discipline, and dedication — and now I have the chance to take everything I’ve learned and bring it to one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world.

But getting there isn’t easy. Between airfare, lodging, meals, tournament fees, and gear, the costs add up quickly. I’ve been working and saving as much as I can, but I need a little help to make this dream a reality.
