Help Replace Water Heater After Flood

During the Milwaukee flooding last week, our basement took 4 inches of water. While that shouldn't have been much of a problem, and most of the equipment down there is working fine, my water heaters are finished. We need at least one working water heater in the basement for the lower floor. The problem is there is no way that I will ever be able to afford that kind of expense. I am hoping with all my heart that we may be able to get some help for this.
