Help replace personal belongings

Please consider helping this amazing family. They have lost so much and are trying to make it “normal” for their girls. They have had to leave their home and almost everything in it. They have a long road ahead. Please help take some of the stress away by donations or prayers both are greatly appreciated.

We purchased our home and moved in January of 2021 and within weeks started getting sick. Me and the girls were throwing up every few weeks and Riley would get sick and stay sick for weeks. We found a Naturpathic doctor and started weekly treatments for Riley but she continued to get worse mentally. I also started feeling horrible physically and mentally, couldn’t sleep and started feeling extremely anxious, depressed and exhausted.

We decided to check for mold because we smelled mildew in certain parts of our house and saw mold growing in the bathroom. The inspector discovered there was a crack in the flashing of our roof that led to major water damage in a wall, causing rotting wood and mold to spread throughout the entire house. The test results showed high levels of mold - 4 known toxic molds and 40 unknown species. It spread through the air and caused us all to become sick since moving in. Because of the nature of toxic mold, most of our personal belongings are now contaminated and cannot be cleaned or saved. We are losing everything in our home other than glass and metal. The girls toys, special stuffed animals, blankets, books. All of our mattresses, soft furniture, pillows etc.

based on the severity of the damage, the roof was likely damaged prior to us moving in and was completely missed by the initial inspection we had done prior to purchasing the home. Because this wasn’t a “sudden event” that caused the damage, our insurance will not be covering anything.

We are currently living in our RV on the property but will have to get rid of everything and basically start over. We have a long road ahead trying to get our health back and start to rebuild our life.
