Help Us Replace Our Vandalised Windows & Keep Our Community Hub Thriving

Many of you will know Comptons Cocktail Bar as more than just a place to enjoy a drink. We’ve worked hard to create a welcoming, inclusive and safe space at the heart of our community, where people can come together, celebrate, and make memories.

Recently, we were devastated to discover that our windows had been deliberately vandalised and smashed. The damage has left us facing a significant and unexpected repair bill that no small independent business ever plans for.

While the broken glass can be replaced, what has truly stayed with us is the incredible response from our community. Since the incident, we have received countless messages of support, kindness and encouragement. So many people have asked how they can help, which is why we have decided to create this GoFundMe page.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards replacing the damaged windows and helping us restore the front of the business we have worked so hard to build.

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Bitterne Park Triangle community. The recent street party showed us exactly what makes this area so special – local businesses, residents, performers, volunteers and visitors all coming together to support one another.
