Help Replace Nancy’s Truck

My name is Sam Marett and I am fundraising on behalf of my beloved Mom, Nancy Marett.

My Mom is a hardworking small business owner and has run her landscape design company for over a decade with her trusted and cherished Ford F350. On January 29th, her truck caught on fire in her driveway while she was asleep, inches away from her garage. Thankfully a neighbor came home late and witnessed her truck in flames in her driveway and called the fire department. My family and everyone that loves my Mom is so grateful that the fire did not reach the house and that everyone is safe, but my Mom’s beloved work vehicle is a total loss.

My Mom works 6 days a week at nearly 70 years old to run her business and Spring planting season ramps up heavily for her at the beginning of March. I am raising funds on her behalf so that she can find a comparable replacement truck that she can depend on to support her entering her busy season. Insurance has offered to provide a very limited amount of compensation that would not cover full costs of investing in a replacement truck.

My Mom has always taken such loving care of me, my brothers, the ATL community, and everyone she meets her entire life. I’m hoping that we can collectively show up for her and give her the same amount of love, care and support that she has always shared with the world so fully and freely.
