I recently suffered from an intracranial subdural hematoma and aneurysm. During a wellness check requested by a concerned Army veteran neighbor, I was found passed out on my pop-up sofa bed. Another neighbor, along with our property's social worker, discovered that my sofa bed was drenched in blood and other bodily fluids. This made it unclean and unsanitary to sleep in, and it needs to be properly disposed of before germs, unsafe bacteria, and odors build up. The bed must be replaced before I return home, hopefully within the next two weeks.
Replacing my bed is not optional. It is necessary not only for sanitary reasons, but also for my comfort and to ensure a complete, undisturbed healing process. Having a safe and clean place to rest is essential for my recovery after such a serious medical emergency. Your support will help me replace my bed, cover delivery, and make my home safe again so I can focus on healing.
Your support and donations will always be gratefully and deeply remembered with gratitude for your selfless love, friendship, and kindness. I truly appreciate any help you can give during this challenging time. Thank you for being there for me.
