Help Replace Micah's Stolen Bike

This past weekend, our 14-year-old son, Micah, was assaulted and robbed while hanging out with a friend at Wolseley School. He had several items stolen, including his prize possession- a high-end bike he had spent over a year working and saving for. Please consider helping us replace what he lost.

Micah is one of the hardest working kids we know. When he set his goal to buy an expensive street bike, we knew he would do everything in his power to get it. And he did! He would frequently go on 20km+ rides around the city, even setting it up on a stand in his room for winter exercise.

So when he and a friend were threatened with a hammer, it was painful to watch his bike taken away. He also had items from his backpack stolen, and his gold chain yanked off his neck. Their attackers chased them with the hammer and only avoided further harm because a good neighbor spotted them and called them into their home for safety.

Unfortunately, insurance is unable to replace all the items without even more expense (i.e, deductibles, premiums, etc.). Several people asked us to set this fundraiser up so that they could help Micah replace his bike and lost items.

Thank you for your consideration. Please share this fundraiser with others as well.
