I’ve known Makani for several years at this point. He’s always been inclusive and a respectful part of our community in Utah. I don’t believe he would ever intentionally offend or attempt to harm anyone. That being said, there was a misunderstanding that led to him being wrongfully disqualified from a regional tournament.
