Help Replace Dee Dee Dawkins' Stolen Banner

Dee Dee Dawkins was a 13 year old child who was raped and murdered and her body found in a river in July 1992. This happened in Brookford North Carolina. For 33 years our family has been seeking justice for her. We found out there are suspects still alive who participated in her rape and murder. We purchased and displayed banners close to where her body was found. These banners were displayed for about 10 months with no issue. However, for the first time since her death, Dee Dee's name and story got a lot of media attention. As a result SOMEONE has gotten nervous and SOMEONE STOLE her banner and all the materials necessary to hang the banner. This was a cruel and criminal thing to do. We need to get the banner replaced.
