Help Replace Car and Secure Home for Niece

My friend just got Custody of her niece. Because her niece was neglected she has close to nothing for her and her car broke down and her job ended because they ended her position within the company. And she is behind on her rent and needs her car replaced to get a job to maintain her rental. She needs her place to live for her niece especially under the circumstances. Please if you can give anything that can help please help her.
