Help Replace Car After Indiana Wreck

I’m raising money for a new car, I got into a car wreck in Indiana on the way home to Ohio. The accident was on the highway and involved a car tailgating me, me trying to move over to let them pass, and I was moving over a semi decided to move over into the lane I was moving over to and then I ultimately got into a sandwich situation where then the car tailgating me was still trying to pass me and hits me into the semi. On top of this entire situation the insurance is trying to put me at fault, the police didn’t even include my statement in the report and I don’t have full coverage or nothing to pay for a new car. On top of that I quit my job a couple weeks before this happened.
