Help replace Buffalo's Mlondani Family's only car

My name is Rory Allen and I happened to be driving behind Shukuru Mlondani last Friday when his 2013 Honda Pilot suddenly caught fire. It appeared to start because of something near his driver side headlight had faulty wirting. As I went to check to make sure Mr Mlondani was ok it was clear to me that this was tragic for he and his Family. He was laying on the ground in the pouring rain, sobbing as this was his family's only vehicle burned in front of him and there was nothing he could do about it. Shukuru was helpless so I drove him to retrieve his phone from the Literacy Center (which is why he was making the trip in the first place) and proceed to grab his belongings from his vehicle and return him home. The Mlondani family are refugees from Tanzania. The three brothers work at a factory in Orchard Park. I shared this story on Facebook and local business owner John Bair immediately stepped up and helped them with a significant donation to rent a car in the short term. Others have asked how they can help Shukuru and his family replace their car as it was not covered under their general liability coverage. So here I am looking to raise money for them to replace their car. Thank you Buffalo for supporting this family in a time of need.

My relationship to Shukuru Mlondani is that I met him upon him discovering his car was on fire.

Shukuru is the direct beneficiary of these funds and will use the funds to purchase and fully insure a new car for his family.
