HELP REPLACE A SINGLE MOMS WALLET

On July 9th 2020 my little sister went in T-Shirt Mart In the afternoon to purchase our mother a gift for her birthday.Not realizing because her hands were extremely full while holding my niece, baby dog, and looking after my other sister, she left her wallet on the counter.Clearly seeing it was my sisters wallet instead of giving it to my sister who clearly had her hands full! A female  waited for her to leave and TOOK IT! EVERYTHING WAS IN THE WALLET!HER ID,SOCIAL,BANK CARDS,AND ALL HER RENT MONEY!The sad part is my sister is a SINGLE MOTHER AND WORKS 2 JOBS BUSTING HER BUTT FOR HER AND HER DAUGHTER!MY SIS WOULD NEVER ASK FOR A FAVOR OR HANDOUT BUT I TRULY KNOW IT WOULD HELP HER DURING THIS STRESSFUL TIME.THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE.
