I lost my eye at the age of 13.

Prosthetic eyes at that time cost around $1,400.

It’s due to be replaced every 10 years or so.

The current cost of a new eye is around $4,500.

It has been over 20 years since my eye was replaced.

Insurance only covers a fraction of the cost to replace it.

My current eye, being as old as it is, causes daily irritation.

Hoping to find some help to ease the cost and stress of the daily irritation.
