Help Repatriate Rev Faith Kapaiko to Kenya

Donation protected
Rev Faith Kapaiko had long dreamt of coming to America to visit her daughters, Hellen and Judy—a wish she had held close to her heart for many years. This was not just a visit; it was a reunion filled with hope and anticipation, marking the first time in years that she would embrace her daughters.

Tragically, what was meant to be a joyous reunion turned into profound sorrow and an unimaginable loss. Just days after her arrival in Atlanta, GA, Faith passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 6th. Her daughter Judy, who lives in Texas, had been eagerly planning to travel to Georgia to finally see her mother after seven long years apart.
Heartbreakingly, she did not make it in time to say her goodbyes.

During her brief stay, Faith experienced the immense joy of meeting her two grandchildren for the first time and spending precious moments with them. Her face lit up with love and pride as she held them close. Those final moments, though fleeting, meant the world to her and were filled with boundless love, warmth, and joy.

In the face of this devastating loss, we are reaching out to you for help. Her daughters, Hellen and Judy, are faced with the unimaginable task of repatriating their beloved mother’s body back to Kenya, where she can be laid to rest with the dignity and respect she deserves.

Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference and will help alleviate the overwhelming financial burden from Hellen and Judy, who are both currently students, and allow them to focus on mourning their beloved mom and start the healing journey.

Thank you for your kindness, compassion and generosity.
