Repatriating myself to the "Old Dominion" the "Richmond & Old Petersburg" Virginia areas that so predominate my Artistic Structure, I find myself [not as an entrepreneur but that of an educator] in need of start-up capital to facilitate my return move to the art adaptive communities of Virginia.
