Help Repair Nestle's Broken Leg!

To all my fellow pet lovers,

Nestle, my 7 mo old bernedoodle, had a freak accident this weekend while on our daily walk. He is usually every boisterous, but this Saturday his enthusiasm unfortunately got the better of him as he fell backward jumping and completely fractured his tibia. Emergency services for a splint and pain medication totaled $861. And surgery is required, for which I was quoted $4500.

I am devastated to see him struggling to get around. I truly want the best for him, but this expense is something I am totally unprepared for financially. Any assistance would help me out tremendously! And Nestle, too, would appreciate it. I cannot wait for him to get back to his happy-go-lucky self.
