Help repair grandmas home after neighbors house explosion.

I am trying to help get my grandma Mary Ellen some extra out of pocket funds for her house damages that were caused from her neighbors house explosion. Right now her living room windows are boarded up as of now it’s hard being able to tell when we can get any kind of assistance with help.
