Help repair dogs back yard play area

Hello my name is Kim. I am the sole owner and operator of Dakotas Doggy Den,
a dog boarding and daycare facility in Henderson Nevada. The biggest part of our day
is spent outside playing in the backyard. We swim, chase balls, play with the hose, and
chase each other around the yard. As you can see by our pictures we love all the fun
activities in our play area. I am sure you can also see from our pictures that our
play area is in need of some major repairs.

Two years ago l borrowed $94,000 from my home equity to have these repairs
completed. I researched and received bids from many general contractors and
picked that one that I thought had the best reviews. Unfortunately I made a
horrible choice as the contractors took me and thirteen other customers for
all of our money. They never completed the job and what work they did complete
was not done by certified workers, is not up to code and has to be torn down and
started over.  So I am out $70,000 because the contractor filed bankruptcy and
any assets goes to the IRS because they did not pay taxes for many years. 

I have been trying to save up the money to start the repairs again but they have
become an urgent matter that can not wait for me to save my pennies. The
repairs that the backyard needs is new pool filters, pool tile is cracked and falling
off, the pebble stone around the pool is eroding away, pool plaster is cracking, the
turf  in the backyard needs to be replaced and upgrading the drainage system to
prevent flooding. We also would like to add extra features to make our play area
even more enjoyable, such as pool beach entry, deck jets, rock wall to dive off
into the pool and a splash pad area. 

I have dedicated my life to providing a happy, fun environment for doggys to
come stay and play. I wish I could restore the place without having to ask for
help however this is not the case. If anyone is in the position to help it would
be greatly appreciated. In return anyone that makes a donation of $500 will
receive 1 month overnight boarding for one dog. Every donation of $3,500
will receive 6 months of overnight boarding for one dog.  Every donation of
$5,500 will receive 1 year of overnight boarding for one dog.
