Help repair car for my treatments

Hi, my name is Larry H. A lot of you guys know that I have cancer. Also that my last vehicle was stolen from me and my son. We went ahead and bought an affordable car, but unfortunately, it broke down and I now have no way to go to my chemo treatments or my doctor appointments.
