Help repaint 142055 into Provincial Blue!

Hi, I am posting this fundraiser to help the Pacer Rail Group repaint their recently preserved class 142 "Pacer", 142055 into British Railways Provincial Blue livery. Unfortunately, we have faced some issues along the way with getting the unit into service, which has severely affected us financially as a group. It is now thought that we will not be able to get the unit into service this year, which will affect the amount of visitors we will get to the unit when we open it up on Sundays, as the pacer enthusiasts are busy visiting the 142's that are already in service at other railways! We have come to the decision that our best way of still bringing in visitors to our unit is if we repaint carriage 55751 (with 55705 also being done if we can raise enough donations) into a heritage livery. Your support will allow us to continue on our project of restoring 142055, as well as hopefully bringing back memories to the visitors that will remember them from new! Unfortunately, we also have to install new window seals while the train is being repainted, as the current ones are leaking. this severely knocks up our repaint price from £500 per carriage to £1250 per carriage. You can visit 142055 at the Foxfield Railway, Caverswall Road Station every Sunday. Any help you can give will allow you to come and photograph a class 142 in a heritage livery... A first for preservation!
