Help Lynn and Her Family Re-open Purity Nail Salon
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Simona. I work as a receptionist and social media manager at Purity Nail Salon. Erina, a talented nail technician within our salon, and I organized this GoFundMe to assist with Lynn, her family, and the salon.
Purity Nail Salon is a salon that opened last summer in the pandemic in hopes to bring love, serenity, and relaxation to the San Fernando Valley community. What's special about this salon is the devotion and heart that is applied to it. Aside it being an Asian female owned small business, Lynn's brother, mother, and husband worked alongside her to bring the sense of heart and warmth to their clients. To anyone that knows Lynn, she makes sure that she puts one hundred percent into each client. She shows up early, and leaves overtime past the closing to go above and beyond with every single service. When asked to describe Lynn, everyone also mentions positives characteristics about her. Lynn is extremely welcoming and the greatest, most understanding person you will ever meet. Similarly, every technician provides the heart that is prevalent through the time being of the salon. With each individual talent applied, Purity blossomed to the notable, high-rated salon experience everyone describes it to be.
As business began to pick up with new, amazing technicians just hired this past week, Purity nail salon experienced a spontaneous, horrific incident that impacted each employee's lives instantly. After a great, fully-booked day at the salon, Lynn stayed overtime after 7 to finish her appointment. As she closed the salon and drove home on May 21st, 2021, she didn't expect the call she was about to receive. The next-door business, Green Apple, noticed that Lynn's salon began to smoke up and saw a small fire. The fire had damaged everything within the salon, melting the ceiling and smoking the whole area. Luckily, everyone is safe, however, Lynn's family and other employees that just began working at the salon are heavily affected. The fire started due to a circuit (electricity) burst that occurred next to the first seat in the front of the store.
This donation is help Lynn and her family re-open her salon, assist her through this time as a mother, and support her business.
We appreciate every single donation and will be posting pictures and transparency of all as times update. We hope to re-open soon and see all of our past, current, and new clients as soon as possible. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
