Help renovate so Cheri can live & manage at home

Hi, my name is Robin and I am fundraising for my sister-in-law Cheri Holbeche LeDuc. Cheri has survived stage 4 cervical cancer and continues to survive all the damage that the radiation causes . In the last six years Cheri has had numerous surgeries to try to save her lower body. She has lost a kidney, lost her left leg, then lost her right leg, lost her bowel, had a stroke (the doctor thought she was going to die), then lost her bladder. Throughout all the pain and losses Cheri has remained positive and has worked very hard to get ready for her prosthetic legs. But her body is still very damaged and so her dream of walking is no longer. I need to raise money so that an addition can be added to their house and doorways widened so that Cheri can manage in her own home.

During Cheri's battle most of their income has gone to medication, hospital parking, diapers, ramps, a lift and the list goes on. This last blow of never walking again has been very tough on Cheri. She says she has no more joy in life. She loves to cook and bake and has a newly renovated kitchen that they won from Rockwood Kitchens two years ago but is not built for a wheelchair. If we could get this renovation done the laundry could be brought up to the main floor, their would be lower counters and life for Cheri would be somewhat normal again.

My brother has been an absolute champ throughout Cheri's continuous battle. I love them both so much and want life to give them a break. Please help if you can. Thank you.
