A Chef that makes anime Inspired Cuisine! Most know I went to culinary school & wanted to create a restaurant serving my anime inspired cuisine while dressed in cosplay! I’ve endured so many ups & downs on the way of my journey over the past 4 years. Being a cosplay/content creator saved me from suffering heavy depression & giving up on everything. The fans I’ve gained over the years have kept my spirits so high. I put all my emotions into my craft & kept creating new anime inspired dishes. I served my food at local pop up markets/anime events. I’ve been on I heart radio twice and the 3rd time will be to announce that I finally have my restaurant “Hidden Leaf Cafe”. Naruto is my favorite anime & hero. I can relate to Naruto whole heartedly. When I was a kid I was bullied, outcasted, and just never quite fit in. My mother moved a lot so being the new kid all the time made it difficult to make friends. The friends I made never were good ones. Opening My Naruto themed restaurant inspired me to be a hero, I want to create a non traditional restaurant that cares about the community, mental/physical health of others. My menu is designed to heal & inspire. Everything on the menu is made from scratch with the most cleanest and natural ingredients. The restaurant will be full of vibrant colors, good vibrational music and employees uplifting the community. I want to create a safe place for children to dine & make new friends, a place where parents can dine with their children without chaos. A place where the community’s mentality can be restored. I have experience in Hospitality and want people to feel what hospitality truly is, I want people to be inspired to make adjustments to their lifestyle when they go home because of how good the food & environment I created for them made them feel. Above the Hidden Leaf Cafe restaurant is a 3 bedroom apartment that will be Naruto decorated Anime BNB called “Quise Suites” to create a place for content creators & families needing an affordable stay-cation. I fused my restaurant concept with a Anime bnb concept with my cosplay friend and now business partner kise. Kise & I have became good friends through content creating & became close due to similarities in backstories.kise & I shared our Ideas with each other and a few months later the perfect location for our concept fell into our laps. A restaurant/apartment commercial space is extremely hard to come by & this was an offer we couldn’t refuse! So we jumped on it even though we wasn’t prepared for it. We both have been working extremely hard, picking up extra shifts while maintaining time with our children. We will make this concept happen! The Restaurant/air bnb space is in decent condition but needs a little renovation, we are working hard to get it in the best shape to open within a couple of months but any extra help would help us open faster, make us more successful and will be greatly appreciated!
