Help Renee Smith-Burns Fight ALS

Friends & Family of Renee Smith-Burns,

Renee has recently been diagnosed with ALS. She has a great team of doctors working to help move forward with a treatment plan. As you know, ALS is a very serious disease with several appointments, tests and treatments moving forward. Renee reached out to a few friends with the burden she is facing, and the financial burden is one of them.
