Help Me Chase My Cheer Dreams!

Hey everyone! I'm Renee Walker, a (super excited!) junior at Park Hill High School. After years of flipping and flying through gymnastics (Level 7, by the way!), I found my true love in cheerleading. This past season, I was even voted Best Tumbler on my cheer team — pretty cool, right?! I absolutely love showing my school spirit and hyping up my team with every twist, flip, and cheer.

Right now, I’m trying to raise $1,500 so I can keep doing what I love. Honestly, without a little help, I won’t be able to cover everything I need to cheer next year. Every dollar you give helps cover:

Summer cheer camp (the ultimate vibe!)

My cheer uniforms and gear (gotta look fierce!)

Fees to cheer all year long and represent Park Hill!

I’m also the oldest of four (yes, FOUR!) siblings, and they think I’m basically the coolest big sister ever. I try to set the bar high for them — showing them that hard work, love, and staying true to yourself really do matter.

Off the field, I'm just as passionate about my future. I want to be a pediatric dentist (tiny smiles are the best!) and this summer I’ll be attending the Dental Discovery Program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Oh — and every Wednesday, you can find me at youth ministry at Northland Cathedral, keeping my faith and friendships strong.

Cheer isn’t just pom-poms and flips for me. It’s about building confidence, leadership, and community. It’s where I feel most alive — and I would LOVE to keep doing what I love most!
