Hi, my name is LisaMarie McCaffrey, and I am asking you for donations to help defray Renee Cassiano's expenses incurred during her battle with Breast Cancer.

Renee's maiden name is Russo, she grew up in West Islip, and graduated from WIHS Class of 1996. She is married to my youngest brother Michael.  Like so many other women in West Islip, Renee was diagnosed in the spring with cancer, Stage 2b Her2 Positive Metastatic Breast cancer.

Renee and Mike, along with their 3 beautiful girls Riley 16, Bergan 13 & Harper 4, recently bought their first home where they have been living in Swansboro N.C. since  2015.

Renee already had many rounds of chemo over the summer and she had breast surgery in September, all at The Duke Cancer Center which is almost 3 hours away.   Although she is putting up a good fight, she still has a long road ahead of her. She is starting more treatments next week.

The bills are adding up.... medical, household and travel expenses to stay overnight near Duke, and loss of income from to needing time off to go for treatments.
