Spende geschützt
Hi, my name is Chelsea, and I’m writing with a heavy heart to ask for your help.
Recently, my mom, Renee, suffered a massive stroke that left the entire right side of her body paralyzed. In an instant, the woman who filled every room with laughter, music, and love was robbed of her ability to walk, dance, or even hold a cup of coffee. She now faces a long, uncertain road to recovery, and she can’t walk it alone.
My mom is a preschool teacher, and teaching is the heartbeat of who she is. For over two decades, she has poured her soul into nurturing young minds—singing silly songs, tying tiny shoes, drying tears, and cheering on every milestone. Her classroom has always been a place of warmth, wonder, and joy.
Now, the woman who has given so much to others needs support herself.
Her stroke has left her needing 24/7 care, intensive physical and occupational therapy, mobility assistance, and help with the most basic daily tasks. The costs are staggering. Insurance falls short, and the financial burden is far more than our family can carry alone.
If you’ve ever had a teacher who changed your life, or a moment when someone believed in you when you needed it most, you know who my mom is. She’s that person for so many. And now, she needs her village.
Please consider donating, sharing, or simply sending prayers and love our way. Every bit of support brings us closer to getting Renee the care, comfort, and dignity she deserves—and maybe, one day, back to the classroom and the two-step she so dearly loves.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
