Help Rene Rebuild After Financial Hardship

Hello, my name is Rene. During a vulnerable period of my life (recovering from an unexpected major medical event, coping with the shock of retirement and the bombardment and harassments from Medicare promotions), I was sideswiped by the financial opportunity to secure my future. By mail, I was alerted that I was a winner of two grand prizes, I was stunned!! Sometime, after its receipt was a phone call confirming my "good fortune." These winnings came with "strings attached", the payments of sales and luxury taxes had to be paid prior to receiving the winnings. I was shocked by the amount owed. My only recourse was to source my retirement income, which is now depleted. Today, I live stringent and precariously on a monthly income. No longer do I have funds for unexpected medical issues. I will now let nature take its course. Nor do I have funds to secure a future that I had hoped for. As an American born citizen, I have proudly contributed to the enrichment of our country, both financially and educationally. But now, because I became entrapped by the lies of a few unethical persons, trust and hope have diminished, but not totally destroyed.
