Help Rene with Health Conditions 's Lupus & Parkinson's

Hi, Im Rene and out of options,

This is humbling asking for help

which I have never done in my 46 years.

I have been sick for several months & out on short term disability.

The Doctors finally figured out I have the beginning of Parkinson's disease and that brought on a REM sleep disorder that causes me to Faint/pass out in random spots (Leaving it unsafe for me to work)

I have fractured the back of my head from one of the falls, and I currently have a large black eye with a large knot on my forehead from a fall last week.

I was expecting a check from my Short Term disability 4 weeks ago to help pay Rent, and it never came... So, I called my work They said they ment to call and tell me I would not receive any more short term disability checks because my short term was limited for only a few weeks, but they forgot to call or tell me... Unfortunately I was planning on those funds. But, they failed to tell me it was running out. Soooo, that leaves me here ....

I Pay for long term disability insurance but for some reason work says it's not available....

No money for rent due June 1st, low Dog Food. My car even broke down and needs a new water pump.

I'm working on a few options to get back on my feet, but it takes a couple months

Literally anything is Helpful...

Food/dog stuff/Bills/gas/Rent anything
