Help Renae Rebuild Her Life After Wildfire Loss

This week, my best friend, Renae lost her home and all of her belongings in the Palisades wildfire. Renae is one of the most radiant and magical humans you could ever meet. She has a gift for spreading positivity and joy wherever she goes, uplifting everyone around her with her joy, kindness, and giggly laughter. Her home, a beautiful cottage nestled in the Palisades, was an extension of her spirit— we always joke how it felt like her soul- a place filled with warmth, creativity, and a sense of wonder, light and laughter. It was beyond magical.

Tragically, the Palisades wildfire took that magical cottage and everything she owns from her. In a matter of moments, she was asked to evacuate, taking only a suitcase, making sure she had enough room for as many dogs as she could fit in her car. She even left behind her car and took her boyfriend's that he had left while he was out of town, sacrificing her own. Now, she faces the challenge of starting over from scratch.

Renae has always been a beacon for many of us, offering a listening ear and supporting anyone in need. She is the first to

show up with love and light when someone is going through a tough time. Even in those scary moments, she put others before herself. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.

This fundraiser will help Renae rebuild her life, from securing basic necessities to eventually creating a new home where her magic can continue to shine. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and remind her that she is surrounded by love and support in the horrific time.
