Help Ren Get Out of Their Situation

Hey everyone
So as a lot of you have recently learned, I left my wife in early November due to ongoing mental, emotional, and financial abuse that spanned over several years.
Because of all of this I have been living in a long term stay hotel for over a month and a half. This has been incredibly stressful and expensive. My weekly payment to keep a roof over my head is close to $450. Paying this every week doesn’t leave me with much of my paycheck for gas, groceries, and medical expenses. I stopped taking several of my medications due to being unable to afford them.
Back when I was living with my ex we had to rely on using a “pay over time” system to buy groceries for our apartment. When I left and was unable to keep up with the payments they started piling up. Yesterday after I paid my weekly rent some of the overdue payments came out which left me with just over $5 in my account. I still owe just over $450 that will come out automatically when I get my next paycheck. When that comes out I will be unable to pay my weekly rent and will be out on the streets.
At the end of this month I will finally be moving into a new place. However in order to do that I need to not only catch up on the overdue payments but also have enough money for a deposit, rent, utilities, and furniture. I am also in the process of getting my phone paid off and getting my own phone plan. I hate having to reach out to everybody like this and ask for help but I feel like I have no other choice.
Even just making enough to pay off the overdue payments so I can use my paycheck on Thursday for my weekly rent would be such a big help. I’ve reached a point where I honestly have nowhere else to turn.
