Hello, my name is Dorrie and this is my bigheaded pup Remy. I adopted Remy eleven months ago from Angel City Pits at the  suggestion of my girl friend, due to my struggles with depression and  anxiety, and she has been a joy for me ever since. She has helped me be able to be more active in my day to day life, and helped me to be more present emotionally with those around me. Unfortunately a month ago, we noticed a large lump on her left side under her front leg, took her to our vet, who explained that it was a tumor, and that it was large enough that it was pushing her heart and lungs and would need to be removed. When we took her to the specialist, they too confirmed it would need to be removed. Due to its size and location, the surgery will be major and require money we unfortunately do not have. I am asking for any money you can spare, and if you can’t spare anything, please share this campaign with your friends, co workers and family in the hopes we can get the funds to get her surgery. We are asking for the extra money to offshoot any extra costs that may come with after care, and anything left over will be donated to Angel City Pits to help them to continue to provide rescues like Remy with all the love and support they need.
