In moments of quiet, I can't help but think about all those little faces that light up when they walk through our doors. The laughter and the learning—it’s what makes my heart swell with joy every day. But just a couple of months ago, we received a notice to vacate our current facility.

It is during these tough times I have to share and ask for your help. The Children's Reading Center provides a wide variety of services to kids, their families, and our community at large. We provide free educational services, a MicroAcademy for UVA students, after-school tutoring, reading interventions for students below grade level, and soon homework help for K-12 grade students—all at no cost to parents. It’s a mission close to my heart because it aligns perfectly with who I am: someone dedicated to education!
