Help relocate my wife and daughter from Ukraine

This is an appeal for help for my friend Andrey Vorontsov. Please see below, in his words and help if you can:

I am desperate because of the occured war situation in Ukraine. Russian Federation agressively invaded our country, our city and made me feel concerned about my wife and daughter. Thousands of civilians die on the streets of my native Mariupol city because of consistant bombing. Since March 2, I was not able to reconnect with my mother who stayed in Mariupol and was not able to leave the city before occupants fully blocked the city. There is no water, food, heat (temperature is below zero), water, and mobile network. All I know is that my neighborhood was fully destroyed by Russian army.

Same scenario happens to other cities of Ukraine and I do not want my family to stay here any longer even on the western side of our country. I am a professional, who workED abroad in the field of international sports and collected financial resources to invest in my home country and I recently did - real estate which was destroyed (big mistake). As of today - we do not have anything... Please help me to protect my family.

I never thought to ask anyone for help, but I am desperate in this situation. There is no income at the moment and there is nothing to sell. In order to send my girls abroad, financial resources will be required. I will not be able to go with them because need to stay in Ukraine to defend our land, so they will have to travel on their own. They will need to settle down somewhere for unknown period of time, which can last from 1 month to 1 year or longer.
