Help Relocate Melanie

My sister was coming home from a meal on her birthday when two women approached her outside of her building and demanded her leftover food. She handed it over. They then demanded her phone and purse and she handed those over too.
THEN they stabbed her seven times, threatened to come back and left her there. 
Surgery was required to fix two perforations to her bowel and she is still in hospital 6 days later. She is scared. 
I would like to replace her stolen phone, glasses, cash and ruined clothing. 
Ideally, I would like to be able to put down first month’s rent, damage deposit and pay for a mover so she and her daughter can relocate to a safer area of the city.
