Save Our Prairie Dogs: Help Us Relocate Them Safely!

The prairie dogs in our community are facing a life-threatening situation at Dry Creek Community Park. With a new astro turf field being constructed, their home is being destroyed. We've managed to secure more time to relocate them, but we need your help to save as many as possible before it's too late.

Why We Need Your Help: We urgently need to raise funds to purchase traps and rent equipment to safely and humanely relocate these prairie dogs to a protected area 3 hours away. Our goal is to raise at least $4,300 to cover the following costs:

30 Humane Traps: $60 each = $1,800 Minimum
10 Trips to Pueblo, CO: Truck & Equipment = Estimated $2,500

If we exceed our goal, we will use additional funds to purchase more traps and support ongoing relocation efforts to save even more prairie dogs.

Our Progress So Far: Thanks to community support, we’ve already extended the relocation deadline to October 31st, but we can’t do this alone. Your contribution, no matter how small, will directly help us save these precious animals.

How You Can Help:
Donate: Every dollar brings us closer to our goal.
Share: Please share this campaign with friends, family, and on social media to help spread the word.
Volunteer: If you’re local and able to help with the relocation efforts, please contact us!

Time is running out for these prairie dogs. Please join us in making a difference. Donate today to help us save them and give them a chance to thrive in a new home!

Thank You! Every bit of support brings us closer to saving these prairie dogs!
