Lyssie Lou’s Cookie Co. was born from something simple: a desire to help people create meaningful memories — one truly great sugar cookie at a time. From the beginning, we’ve committed to using only fully organic ingredients, with no shortcuts, no artificial flavors — just nostalgic, thoughtfully crafted treats made with care and intention.
Our mission has always been about more than just cookies. We want every bite to feel like a warm memory: cozy, joyful, and deeply personal. The kind of sugar cookie that doesn’t just taste amazing (though it absolutely does) — it reminds you that you’re home, you’re celebrated, you’re connected.
I started baking these cookies with my mom. After she passed, those memories in the kitchen became one of the greatest gifts she left me. That’s the heart behind Lyssie Lou’s — to help others create their own lasting moments, just like I did.
Now, after pausing to refine our vision and rebuild intentionally, we’re preparing to relaunch this December — and we’d love your help bringing it to life.
