Help Relaunch DaijaRoyalBrewz Paradise Oil
$65 raised of $5.5K
Paradise Oil Was Never Just an Idea
Hiya, my name is Daija Brewington, founder of DaijaRoyalBrewz and creator of Paradise Oil, my handmade, clean-filtered herbal hair and beard oil.
Paradise Oil means so much to me because I built it with my own hands. I made the oil, filled bottles, demonstrated it during live sales, packed orders, shipped packages, and got to hear what people liked about it.
Now I am ready to bring it back through Paradise Oil: The Royal Return, but I need help purchasing the ingredients, equipment, packaging, sanitation supplies, and testing materials needed to do it properly.
The Product and the Proof
Before the business paused, Paradise Oil had real bottles, orders, customers, and reviews. Some customers bought more than one bottle.
I still have product and packaging photos, five-star reviews, feedback from hair and beard users, and customer photos that I have permission to share.
Customers especially liked the richer consistency. Instead of running everywhere, the oil stayed closer to where they applied it. They also liked its rich color and clean-filtered finish, with no loose herbs, chunks, or grit floating inside the bottle.
Paradise Oil is being rebuilt with Black people and Afro-textured hair in mind—from natural hair and locs to protective styles, scalp routines, and beards. Its purpose is to support softness, shine, easier handling, and moisture-sealing routines.
I love that Paradise Oil is herbal, but I also care about the whole experience. I want the oil, bottle, packaging, directions, and even the moment someone opens their package to all feel intentional.
Royal first. Herbal second. Handmade always.
Why I Had to Pause
In early 2025, a severe headache led me to emergency care, where doctors discovered a pulmonary embolism. I spent seven days hospitalized.
After I came home, I was still dealing with painful headaches, weakness, medical appointments, and very low iron that required iron infusions.
I was already working from home, but the fixed schedule became hard to maintain while my health was unpredictable.
I eventually had to leave that job.
That experience made me realize I had to rethink what working could realistically look like for me.
Running DaijaRoyalBrewz would still take real work, consistency, production, customer service, and responsibility. But it could give me more control over how I plan my work around appointments, symptoms, rest, and the days when I have more energy.
My health changed the path, but it did not erase the dream.
The Royal Return
Honestly, I do not want to bring Paradise Oil back halfway.
I do not want to buy just enough supplies to make a few bottles, cross my fingers, and call that a relaunch. I want to do this right.
I have gone through the formula, equipment, sanitation process, filtration and filling setup, packaging, customer directions, and testing piece by piece.
I have spent a lot of time researching what Paradise Oil needs to return with a stronger process, dependable equipment, and a customer experience I can truly be proud of.
I already own the red four-ounce bottles, thermal shipping printer, heat tool, and black protective wrap, so the fundraiser is not repurchasing those items.
Where the $5,500 Goes
The researched relaunch budget totals $5,500:
- $1,226 — Ingredients and botanicals
- $813 — Production equipment
- $1,188 — Packaging and customer experience
- $152 — Sanitation and clean-production supplies
- $910 — Supplier shipping, sales tax, and estimated campaign fees
- $1,211 — Testing and relaunch protection
Confirmation tests, print or supply mistakes, replacements, and checkout price changes.
I built this budget from the actual ingredients, tools, packaging, shipping costs, fees, and safeguards needed for the relaunch.
First milestone: $1,000.
Reaching the first $1,000 would help fund priority production equipment and start the first ingredient orders. Every contribution moves those purchases closer.
I will share updates as supplies arrive, packaging is tested, and Paradise Oil gets closer to its Royal Return.
Help Me Bring Paradise Oil Home
Your support can help turn months of research and careful planning into Paradise Oil being mixed, filtered, bottled, sealed, packed, and placed back into the hands of people caring for their crowns.
I am honestly so excited about what Paradise Oil can become. I remember watching people order something I made, buy more than one bottle, and tell me what they liked about it. I want to feel that again—this time with a stronger foundation behind it.
Please consider donating today. If donating is not possible, sharing this fundraiser with one person who believes in Black-owned small businesses, handmade crown care, or women rebuilding after health challenges can also make a real difference.
You are not donating to a vague idea. You are helping me bring back a real product, create a thoughtful customer experience, and build a more flexible way for me to work and support myself.
You are helping me bring Paradise Oil home.
Invest in your hair—it’s the crown you never take off.
Donations support the relaunch and are not product preorders or purchases.
