My name is Rejoice Kosi Anierobi, and I come from an underserved part of Nigeria. During my first bachelor’s degree in Lafia, I witnessed something that changed me forever — young girls around me were being pushed into early marriages because their families needed the money. Education wasn’t seen as a path forward — just survival.

I studied English for my first degree. When I said I wanted to study technology and engineering, people laughed. They said it didn’t make sense — that “girls like me” didn’t belong in tech. In programming classes, I was told outright: “What are you doing here? This isn’t for you.”

But I refused to accept that story.

Today, I’m a Software Development student at Seneca Polytechnic in Canada and the founder of K.R.A Initiative Ltd, serving over 500 learners worldwide. I’m also building a humanoid robot named Uche X — proof that nothing is impossible for those who dare to dream.

Now, I’m preparing for something historic — to break the Guinness World Record for the Longest Marathon of Teaching Computer Programming (100 hours) this December 18th–21st, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.

This event will focus on robotics, satellite programming, and computer science — teaching for 100 continuous hours to inspire and equip the next generation of African youth with the skills to create, innovate, and dream beyond their limits.

This mission is for:

Every girl forced into early marriage instead of being given a chance to learn

Every young person from underserved communities told they can’t compete globally

Every dreamer who’s ever been laughed at for wanting more
