Help Reignite the Blue Tree of Gratitude
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Johanna and I am the daughter of Kathy, who is the owner of the Blue tree of Hope and Gratitude.
If you drive down Route 3 during the Holiday season and see a giant Blue beacon of light and have felt delight, joy, wonder, nostalgia or any other emotion you know it is more than just a lit up tree. My Moms dream is for the tree to bring hope and gratitude into the hearts of the people who see it. She is a retired nurse of 50 years and doesn’t like to ask for help, she wants to give! This year the tree needs for all of its lights to be replaced and the star on top to be fixed plus other electrical issues to be addressed.
I am so appreciative of Jeff Paquin of New England Holiday lighting company who is generously donating their time for free to do this enormous task (the tree is 65
Feet tall) and Dave Hirko’s Tree Service who is donating their time and supplying the crane to work on the tree!
With Jeff and Dave donating the labor and crane, I am starting this Go Fund Me up for to cover the materials needed to restore the lights on the blue tree. I wanted to reach out to the community and see if there are people able to donate a small amount to the cause! The last time the lights were done was 2020 so with this refurbishment the tree should be good for another four years.
Thank you for considering donating to the Blue Tree of Hope and Gratitude this year.
