Heartbreaking reality Today I reflect on the story of a dear client, 90 years old, who I had the honor of helping sell his home. He was falling behind on payments, facing foreclosure, and could no longer care for himself. With no family on the island, I helped relocate him back to the Philippines to be with his loved ones. But his two beloved dogs? They’re still here, waiting for a new home.

As a REALTOR® specializing in helping homeowners under distress, I’ve seen how hard these situations can be. The new owner is ready to renovate the home, but the dogs still need care. Shelters are full, rescues are overwhelmed, and these pups need our help.
