Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to travel with friends to Africa, where we visited small schools in rural villages. It was one of the most humbling and inspiring experiences of my life.

The students welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and an unshakable spirit. Despite facing daily challenges that many of us would find unimaginable — like having to fetch water from boreholes and learning without basic tools like calculators — their determination to succeed never wavered. Their focus, manners, and drive for education truly left me in awe.

While we often take essentials like running water and school supplies for granted, these students work twice as hard with far less. Some schools still need borehole drilling to access clean water, and simple items like scientific calculators are deeply needed to help these brilliant young minds continue to thrive.
