My name is Mary Birungi.A single mother of 3 boys aged 12yr, 5yrs,and the last one is 4months.The baby in all the photos is Regan.He was picked from the road side 5 years ago and the other two are my biological children.

5 years ago while on vacation in Uganda,i came across a baby who was dumped on the road side .He was about three weeks old then.No one knew who dumped him there.

We took him to the police station and after two weeks,no one had reported any missing child and they also failed to find the mother,police wanted to take him to a babies home.

I asked to have him live with my mother since i know how hard it was going to be for the poor child to grow up without a mother figure which they accepted.I took the baby to my mother and we also named him Regan.

Currently Regan lives with my mother in Uganda,it is challenging because i have to pay for everything like education,health care costs and everything that is needed in day to day life unlike my other 2boys that i live with in the Netherlands.I hope and ray that some day Regan joins us here.

He is always in and out of hospital because he has Asthma.

My mother is 70 years and has no job so i have to care for both of them.Normally he stays on medication to reduce the asthma attacks.Because of my current situation,it's hard for me to pay for his medication.

Regan also started school when he was four years but now he is not going anymore because i can't afford the school fees at the moment.

Last year in November,i gave birth.My work involved standing for long hours so i stopped at 6months pregnant.my maternity benefit stopped in January but my four month old baby is literally still refusing to bottle feed which has made it hard for me to go back to work.

I am currently living in debt.I can't afford to buy Regan's medicine and school fees at the moment.Any little help will be of great importance and highly appreciated.
